Signing back in

There is no password box on simpcity.chat. This page only explains the path. The session is created on simpcity.es, which is also where a reset mail is sent if you need one.

That split is deliberate. A guide should not pretend to be the front door of your account. If a page that is not simpcity.es asks you to type the password “to continue to Simpcity,” close it.

Before you type anything

• You already finished signup and opened the confirmation link. Signing in earlier looks like a broken password.
• Use the same username or email you entered on simpcity.es, including the spelling you chose in a hurry.
• If it still fails, reset on the live site once. Then come back to the troubleshooting notes if the reset mail is the thing that will not arrive.

If the boards look unfamiliar

A new address, a cleared cache, or a phone browser in a private tab can all make a familiar site feel like a different one. Check the host in the bar before you enter a password. It should be simpcity.es. If an older domain is what failed to load, you are in the right guide — the button above is the current door.
